Partnering for First Nations Representation in Law Enforcement

The partnership with the NSW Police Force, and the Australian Federal Police is a key initiative to increase Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander representation in law enforcement. It provides culturally appropriate training, mentoring, and support to help participants build skills and confidence for a policing career. This important partnership strengthens community trust, breaks down barriers, and supports a more inclusive and representative police force.
